ISO 14001 Certified

Our commitment to environmental sustainability and continuous improvement of our operations and products is demonstrated through our ISO 14001 certification.

We maintain up-to-date risk assessments and safe work practices to minimise impacts on health and the environment. Enviropipes’ product range does not include hazardous substances listed by the European Commission.

Reducing Waste

To reduce waste, Enviropipes utilises clean production scraps to produce fully traceable post-industrial recyclates, which are reused in-house in the manufacture of sustainably produced, high-quality profiled-wall pipes and tanks.

Our data management system logs, tracks, and standardises material usage data. Strict record-keeping and accurate reporting allow us to monitor progress and continuously improve performance in compliance with external reporting standards.

Packaging

Reducing packaging materials is a key part of minimising off-site waste. Most Enviropipes products are not individually wrapped, and palletised products are stacked and securely strapped to maximise space utilisation while maintaining safety.

Smart Transport

To reduce the environmental impact of transport, different pipe sizes can be nested to enable pipe-in-pipe transport. Product dimensions are optimised to reduce weight while ensuring exact conformity with product specifications.

Water conscious

To minimise the impact of our operations on water, our yards and laydown areas are contoured and sealed with asphalt to direct rainwater into purpose-built underground stormwater detention systems, reducing the risk of silt contamination.

In addition, the cooling water systems used in production are designed to minimise the use of water and chemicals by being closed-circuit-heat-pump systems.
