Our laboratory conducts testing at every stage of the manufacturing process — from verifying incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with applicable standards, to measuring and testing finished products.
With one of Western Australia’s largest hydrotesting water baths, Enviropipes can perform ISO 1167 and AS 1462.6 NATA-certified testing in-house. This ensures that every product meets strict performance requirements and operates reliably at its maximum allowable working pressure.
Our products are required to meet relevant product standards, including AS/NZS 4130, AS/NZS 4129, and AS/NZS 5065. To ensure every pipe and fitting leaving our premises is compliant, Enviropipes maintains a comprehensive Product Sampling and Testing Plan. This plan is audited annually by ApprovalMark International, a JAS-ANZ certified certification body.
