Overview
The ISO 9001 standard specifies the requirements for a quality management system where an organisation needs to demonstrate:
- Products / services meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Processes to record, review results, manage to improve the above.
Certification to ISO 9001 is verification that the Enviro Pipes quality management system is audited and is independently certified as meeting the requirements above.
With respect to Welding Operator Competencies, the laboratory ensures that all butt welding personnel have successfully completed PMBWELD301 Butt weld polyethylene plastic pipelines and/or PMBWELD309 Weld plastic using extrusion techniques depending on the fabrication activity to be undertaken. All PMBWELD301 trained personnel shall also have a butt weld tested to ISO 13953:2001 Polyethylene (PE) pipe and fittings – Determination of the tensile strength and failure mode of test pieces from a butt-fused joint by a NATA, JAS-ANZ or ILAC registered laboratory.
Using the latest technology and equipment, Enviro Pipes large manufacturing facility in Perth Airport reduces long lead times for production, handles some of the largest fabrications in Australia, and uses the plastic fabrication best practices to ensure quality.

Fabricating and testing HDPE spoolwork created from isometric drawings
Fabrication of couplers, special adaptors for non-pressure pipes up to 4000mm in diameter
Manufacture of sweep bends from 25mm up to 1200mm in diameter
Manufacture of equal and reducing tees for pressure up to 1600mm in diameter
Manufacture of segmented bends for pressure up to 1600mm in diameter
Manufacture of special purpose HDPE fabrications for chutes, rollers, liners
